Well, you just get things done. You follow (relevant) process, are driven to succeed, and have the propensity for breaking down big deals and happen to know major vendors inside-out (probably more than them). We're looking for people who can manage and oversee critical deals and negotiations, translate sales speak into valuable information that helps our Customers understand what they're being offered, and turn it all into an agreement that works.

Licensing Consultants
We need people who have experience with large enterprise software agreements like IBM's ESSO's, Microsofts EA's, Oracles LSA, and have the knack to decipher contract True-Ups, CBA's, ACP's, S&S, L+SA, for starters. You'll need exemplary communication skills and be able to unravel and translate contract and license complexity into something more meaningful to our Customers.
