With an IT career spanning 30+ years including working for top tier global technology companies (including IBM and HP) and performing pretty much the full portfolio of classic IT functions (and some maybe not), it was more in recent years that something new emerged - in negotiating multi-million dollar enterprise agreements what initially appeared to be an organisational problem would turn out to be an industry ailment, at its source - the burgeoning issue of software licensing complexity and the resultant escalating cost for businesses - be it small, medium or large.

Like many, Craig started out programming and then traversed the well-worn path through system analysis, design, project management, consultancy, and even running tier-1 data centers, global teams and inter-country service delivery.
